How to judge
Three checks before the product pitch.
Are the month files on disk? A browser chart still needs a network. Offline means stepping uses bars already stored.
Did anyone ask the exchange for a key? A public archive does not need a withdrawal-permission key. Desktop login reads the seat on this site. It does not read your Binance account.
Is there a sitting? Downloading files and never writing an invalidation line is still scrolling after a weekend. This sitting has 93,856.76 and 93,915.00.

Once the month file is on disk and you have already signed in, stepping uses the local file. The download page says a planned check asks you to connect again after about 72 hours. The file stays on the PC.
What can Free practice?
The latest published BTC and ETH months, H1 and D1. Older months, SOL, and one-minute bars sit on paid seats.
Is this sitting a hold-to-earn comparison?
No. The 03:00 and 12:00 numbers end a rule sitting. They are not a spot yield.
