BarionQuant Privacy Policy — Public Beta Draft

This draft describes how BarionQuant processes personal data during public beta. A lawyer-reviewed edition will follow.

Controllers. BarionQuant operates the website and account API. Payment card data is handled by the Merchant of Record on checkout (Creem or Lemon Squeezy) and is not stored by BarionQuant.

Data we process. Account email, password hash, locale preference, optional referral code, authentication tokens, email verification tokens, subscription entitlement metadata, registered device identifiers, and webhook event metadata needed to keep billing in sync.

Email delivery. Transactional verification emails may be sent via Resend. Resend processes message content and delivery metadata according to their data processing terms. Account region and processing details are summarized in our server documentation for operators.

What stays local. Practice OHLC, chart layouts, and replay sessions on the desktop client are not uploaded to BarionQuant SaaS for cloud distribution.

Cookies. Essential cookies support signed-in sessions. Where required (e.g. EU), non-essential analytics cookies are requested only with consent.

Retention. We retain account and billing metadata while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

Your rights. Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting support.
