BarionQuant Terms of Service — Public Beta Draft Last updated: 2026-09-11 These terms apply to the BarionQuant website, account API, and desktop application during public beta. A lawyer-reviewed edition will replace this draft when ready. 1. Service. BarionQuant provides desktop simulation and replay tools for practice. The SaaS site supports account, billing entitlement, downloads, and documentation. 2. Not a broker. BarionQuant does not execute live trades, hold client funds, offer managed accounts, or provide investment advice. 3. Local practice data. Market OHLC used for replay and practice sessions remains on your device unless you explicitly export it. The SaaS product does not distribute cloud OHLC bars. 4. Accounts. You must provide an accurate email, keep credentials secure, and verify your email before paid checkout. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. 5. Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed through a Merchant of Record identified on the hosted checkout page and receipt (Creem or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the live billing provider). Plan features, device limits, and renewals follow the pricing page and that receipt. Refunds follow that processor's support policy. 6. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer payment or entitlement checks, attack infrastructure, or use BarionQuant to market live trading services as if they were BarionQuant. 7. Changes.
