Common questions about BarionQuant.

Does BarionQuant stream cloud market data (OHLC)?

No. Public-beta tier A does not distribute cloud OHLC. You practice with data that stays on your desktop client.

Does my market data stay on my computer?

Yes. Replay and practice sessions are local. The SaaS site handles account, entitlements, and downloads — not chart bars.

Is BarionQuant a broker?

No. BarionQuant is a simulated training tool. It does not execute live trades or hold client funds.

How do I upgrade from Free?

Create an account, verify your email, then choose Standard or Pro on the pricing page. You will be redirected to Creem (our Merchant of Record) for checkout.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Billing is handled by the Merchant of Record named on your receipt. Use the customer portal / receipt links from that confirmation email to update payment methods or cancel.

How many devices can I use?

Free: 1 device. Standard: 2. Pro: 3. Revoke an old device before registering a new one when you hit the limit.

Where do I request a refund?

Billing and refunds are handled by Creem, the Merchant of Record named on your receipt.
